Recruitment Process

AViSTO leads a careful selection of job applicants through a process organized in three steps:

  • The first interview is realized by a business manager, like you, who comes from an Engineering Education. He will evaluate your skills, your motivation and your human qualities, before introcing to you AViSTO and its different career opportunities.
  • Then, you may realize a technical interview with an expert. You will discuss about technologies, methods and implementation areas.
  • Finally, you will meet with an AViSTO Technical Center Manager. You will discuss together about your first project, you professional goals in the short and medium terms and how to achieve them.

Examples of engineers hired by AViSTO throughout the year: developers, architects, integrators and project managers.

Career follow up and evolution

A company with a human-scale, AViSTO has long term relationships with its engineers. Each employee is followed by a dedicated business manager that also has a technical background. His role is to ensure the personal and professional development of the engineers he follows up and to help them in their career progress. AViSTO has many internal projects (Work Packages and R & D). In addition to consulting missions, these activities provide many job opportunities for our engineers.
